Talk to the Unguka360 Team

We are based at Norrsken Kigali House in Kigali and work with non-deposit-taking financial institutions, SACCOs, and lending cooperatives across Rwanda. Call, email, or ask for a walkthrough of the platform against your own loan products.

What a demo covers

A walkthrough is run against your institution’s actual situation rather than a generic script — your loan products, your approval chain, your branch structure, and the returns you currently file.

  • How your loan products would be configured, including interest method and penalties
  • Your approval chain, from loan officer through committee to management
  • What migrating your existing portfolio would involve
  • How your quarterly BNR return and CRB submission would be generated
  • Branch structure, user roles, and what each role would see

Support for existing institutions

Institutions already running on Unguka360 reach support on the same numbers and email address. Staff who need help inside the platform can also use the in-app support channel, which carries the context of what they were doing when they raised it.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Unguka360 based?
Unguka360 is based at Norrsken Kigali House in Kigali, Rwanda, and works with lending institutions across the country.
How do we arrange a demo?
Call or email the team and we will arrange a walkthrough against your own loan products, approval chain, and reporting requirements rather than a generic demonstration.
How much does Unguka360 cost?
Pricing is quoted per institution, because it depends on your branch count, user count, and active loan volume. Tell us those three numbers on a call and we will give you a figure — there is no charge for the walkthrough or the quote.
Do you work with institutions outside Kigali?
Yes. Unguka360 is web-based and is used by institutions with branches upcountry as well as in Kigali. Implementation and training are run remotely or on site depending on what suits your team.
